Job overview and responsibilities

The Business Operations team is responsible for maintaining and supporting CA PPM, a project and portfolio management system. This role is responsible for analyzing data (e.g., budgets, actuals, resource rates, schedules, timelines, etc.) and ensure accuracy by proactively monitoring and reporting. The Analyst is primarily responsible for maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems by creating dashboards and reports which will be shared across users within multiple departments such as Digital Technology, Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Customer Strategy and provide support to end users of the tool.

  • Work with members of the Business Operations team to formulate data analysis strategy, provide insights and recommendations on improvements to data quality

  • Extracts data from a variety of sources for use in analysis, models and project development; completes ad-hoc reporting and data analysis using querying and data visualization tools

  • Monitor system integration jobs, analyze data, executing analysis, present the information and make recommendations to improve efficiencies and integrations. Analysis may require pulling information from multiple sources (e.g. CA PPM, Oracle, Hyperion, Fieldglass, Active Directory, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow).

  • Creates data governance process and manages practice and compliance to keep PPM, Financial and other PMO data clean and accurate

  • Perform complex data analysis in support of PMO andstakeholder requirements

  • Create, design, and implement analytical models, data tracking, dashboard processes, that support PMO initiatives using tools, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in related industry or quantitative field

  • 3-5 years in a program project management office with experience working with multiple projects including large program level budgets and demonstrated ability to track actual to expected results along with a forecast of future spend

  • Must be a team focused individual, who works well in a collaborative setting, supporting work team by volunteering for and completing assignments, acting as a positive team member by developing and maintaining both formal and informal relationships · Experience working with large datasets, reporting and visualization tools, ability to tell a story using data

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Business Analytics Technology, Business Analytics, or related degree
