The Senior Developer plays a Critical role in creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery. The Senior Developer's role is to lead the efforts to plan, design, develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues, opportunities or problems in order to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments.

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of an Enterprise Application Architecture as it relates to the Oracle EBS System

  • Manage deployments for Coding in regards to the Oracle EBS Suite.

  • Identify and documenting gaps in the Oracle product set.

  • Provide recommendations on business process changes based on other Oracle Financial implementations.

  • Good understanding of financial application setups/configurations.

  • Support configuration and maintenance of custom applications.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements documents.

  • Research, design, develop and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.

  • Design, develop, code, test and debug highly complex new software products or makes significant enhancements to existing software.

  • Develop scalable, low latency, reliable and efficient interfaces that meet the business requirements.

  • Participate all levels of testing from peer code reviews to individual unit testing, integration and user acceptance testing.

  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

  • Experience with monthly and year-end financial close management, budgeting, planning, and forecasting

  • Ability to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term objectives

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field

  • Oracle eBusiness Suite – Financial Modules ( GL, AR, AP, Cost Accounting, Projects, Payments, etc.…)

  • SQL

  • PL/SQL

  • Workflow

  • Forms,

  • Reports,

  • OAF, XML publisher,

  • AME,

  • UNIX Scripting Preferred skills

  • 2+ Experience with OBIEE Reporting

  • 1+ Experience With Oracle Cloud

  • 1+ Experience with Test Automation In Oracle ERP.

  • Working knowledge of the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies

  • Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices

  • 8+ years of related software development experience
