Job overview and responsibilities

The Senior Analyst of Loyalty Partners will be responsible for the management and growth of select MileagePlus accrual and redemption partner programs. Responsibilities include event strategy and management, financial management, the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach acquisition and retention goals, and the use of data to deliver recommendations to optimize program. Successful candidates will approach the position with a product management mind-set and a strategic vision.

This position will work primarily within the experiential and event category, with additional responsibilities managing everyday use/earn miles partners. This role will partner with internal stakeholders as well as an external agency to create and execute unique experiences for our MileagePlus members on MileagePlus Exclusives. Candidate would ensure that the full suite of experiences aligns with strategy, budget and core values of the program. Management of the program requires end-to-end support, from setting plan/strategy for the full year, to the initial evaluation of experiences/opportunities, planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, executing the event and delivering post-event analysis to immediate teams and leadership.

  • Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Develop event strategy and manage events

  • Manage portfolio financials to ensure accuracy and successfully reach financial targets

  • Demonstrate and deliver the value of MileagePlus to select internal and external partners

  • Maintain expertise in all aspects of program management including contractual terms, user-experience, promotions, and customer service

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in product management, marketing or related field

  • Demonstrated sales and marketing knowledge, thorough knowledge of frequent flyer programs and strong strategic and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated work within internal and/or external stakeholders; and presentation skills

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

  • Experience within Event management, Marketing, Business, Communication, Brand, or Advertising.

  • Demonstrated success in managing client and vendor/agency relationships, contract negotiation and direct marketing, effective value-based selling skills.

  • Experience working with social influencers to help drive storytelling or program engagement or reach.
