Job overview and responsibilities

This position will work closely with the Senior Manager of Global Security Strategy and Awareness to design and deliver enterprise-wide information security education, awareness, and training initiatives that align with risk-based needs of the enterprise. This role is also responsible for organizing internal security training efforts across the security team and overseeing the enterpise email phishing program.

  • Establish enterprise-wide awareness campaigns and programs

  • Deliver training to employees across departments and locations

  • Manage security branding, marketing materials, and online presence

  • Expand and maintain secure enterprise communication and phishing program


  • BS or BA degree (preferably in computer or security related field) or any combination of equivalent education, experience, and formal training that allows the candidate to meet the requirements of the job

  • Must have working knowledge within an information security team, be willing to speak publicly in order to train fellow employees, must be orgnized and thorough in planning and documentation, must be able to present to senior IT leadership

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must know Powerpoint and Excel.

  • 3+ years experience in IT security

  • 5+ years total information technology experience

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position


  • Masters degree (preferably in computer or security related field)

  • CISSP, CISM, and/or relevant SANS certifications

  • Critical infrastructure and/or airline experience

  • Previous experience working with government security agencies and organizations
