Job overview and responsibilities
The Senior Analyst - TA Programs will provide the ownership & execution of TA Programs including Immigration / Visa, Relocation, Employee Referral Program, and overall GTA Program Management. In this role, the Sr. Analyst - TA will be responsible for working with program vendors to ensure they understand and contribute to the United’s Core4 mission and commitment. This role will be a key liaison between various internal departments such as Legal, HR, and Operations.
Creates content for recruiter training to ensure change initiatives are deployed with the end-user in mind
Participate in projects to improve program delivery, automation, and innovation of the TA programs.
Function as the central point of support across the recruiting organization for any type of questions or queries related to the various TA programs
Understands the nuances behind each TA program and help recruiters and stakeholders understand what their role is.
Measures Effectiveness & Usage and driving ROI & cost savings for all of United’s TA programs.
Oversees all invoicing & payments for the TA programs.
Coordinates with team members from talent acquisition and Legal to drive TA program effectiveness.
Consults with end users to determine each need for the current program and how each program can be used to support them.
Assists with special projects that support the TA business initiatives.
Ability to work seamlessly across the organization; excellent communication skills and a client service mindset.

Experience in improving immigration compliance and governance with better processes and data controls.
Intermediate level MS Office skills required.

Experience with talent acquisition program technologies and compliance requirements.
Experience with U.S. immigration practices and processes
Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to a changing environment
Ability to work with cross functional groups and understand different business need
Must be able to prioritize, problem solve, take initiative, maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
4+ yrs. experience managing large, complex programs in the HR or Talent Acquisition space, to include setting and managing KPIs, developing process documents and training content and leading quarterly reviews
5+ yrs. of professional experience, ideally in a large corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Talent Acquisition or related field
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- 2+ yrs.of immigration/VISA and/or relocation program experience highly desired
