The Catering Operations department develops, creates and provides the great dining experiences on board our aircraft.
Job overview and responsibilities
Coordinates the paperwork, labeling for flight meals using computer-based program, pulled information.
Ensure proper distribution of paperwork so work is accomplished in a timely manner
Primary function as relief for other Operations coordinator
1 year experience with CATS.
Able to create professional emails and memos.
Ability to work any shift in a 24/7 week, including weekends, nights and holidays.
Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and attention to detail and to quality.
Excellent math skills to calculate totals and percentages.
High school diploma/General Education Degree (GED).
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
Must clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check.
Orally communicate with coworkers and managers.
Planning and organizational skills.
Strong ability to multi-task and work with deadlines.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
