Catering Operations

The Catering Operations department develops, creates and provides the great dining experiences on board our aircraft.

Job overview and responsibilities

  • Coordinates the paperwork, labeling for flight meals using computer-based program, pulled information.

  • Ensure proper distribution of paperwork so work is accomplished in a timely manner

  • Primary function as relief for other Operations coordinator


  • 1 year experience with CATS.

  • Able to create professional emails and memos.

  • Ability to work any shift in a 24/7 week, including weekends, nights and holidays.

  • Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and attention to detail and to quality.

  • Excellent math skills to calculate totals and percentages.

  • High school diploma/General Education Degree (GED).

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

  • Must clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check.

  • Orally communicate with coworkers and managers.

  • Planning and organizational skills.

  • Strong ability to multi-task and work with deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
