The Internship is paid and is inclusive of travel privileges


The TOMAS intern will be an integral member of the FOX software testing, training and implementation team to enhance the flight training scheduling system, gaining valuable work experience in the commercial air carrier environment. During the internship, the student will be assigned to individual user groups to assist in the implementation phase of the FOX software.


· FOX Software testing, enhancement and defect management

· Check for bugs and cite user concerns

· Training and user guide documentation

· Reporting and presentations

· Work with each user group to assist in implementation phase of software

· Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in aeronautical science or related field

· Minimum of a 3.0 GPA required

· Private Pilot License preferred

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required

· Familiar with web-based applications, iPad (Apple iOS) preferred

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

· Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

· Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
