Job overview and responsibilities
Delivers classroom, practical, and on-the-job instruction for technical skills courses and seminars in one or more curricula on a global basis
Ensures updated accurate course content is being delivered using a variety of teaching approaches
Assists in identifying training requirements and related programs to assure achievement of local, regional and corporate objectives
May assist in the development and maintenance of courses outlines and training materials
Provides technical and procedural support on training subjects and issues

Provides technical and procedural support on training subjects and issues
Provides functional work guidance to temporary instructors and may provide functional guidance to permanent instructors
Conducts classroom observations and assists in instructor development
Requires international and domestic travel
Required
Minimum 2 years of Airport Operations ramp experience within the last 5 years
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Must have (or have the ability to get) and maintain a valid Passport
Preferred
Degree in Education or comparable work experience
Existing instruction/facilitation skills. Microsoft Office experience
