Job overview and responsibilities

  • Delivers classroom, practical, and on-the-job instruction for technical skills courses and seminars in one or more curricula on a global basis

  • Ensures updated accurate course content is being delivered using a variety of teaching approaches

  • Assists in identifying training requirements and related programs to assure achievement of local, regional and corporate objectives

  • May assist in the development and maintenance of courses outlines and training materials

  • Provides technical and procedural support on training subjects and issues

  • Assist in identifying training requirements and related programs to assure achievement of local, regional, and corporate objectives

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of courses, outlines and training materials

  • Provides technical and procedural support on training subjects and issues

  • Provides functional work guidance to temporary instructors and may provide functional guidance to permanent instructors

  • Conducts classroom observations and assists in instructor development

  • Requires international and domestic travel

Required

  • Minimum 2 years of Airport Operations ramp experience within the last 5 years

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

  • Must have (or have the ability to get) and maintain a valid Passport

Preferred

  • Degree in Education or comparable work experience

  • Existing instruction/facilitation skills. Microsoft Office experience
