Job overview and responsibilities
Offer educational enviorment for students are major in department of Airlines/Tourism and transport service management of university in Taiwan . school credit required .
Providing students an opportunity to develop professional skills. Length of internship including training from 1st April , 2019 to 13 Oct , 2019 .
Greeting / Q line / Assistance of CSR at Boarding gate and Arrival flight
Promote and enhance customer experience for our premium passengers and those who need special assistance, e.g. wheel chair, elderly passengers and passengers traveling with kids
Improve operational performance – assist and support Bags to Claim performance & Lost and Found
Education and training of Airlines Industry including but not limit to , travel document identify , communication with customer with different situations , how to assist customer at check in counter and boarding gate and arrival flight , cross departments training including orientation hosted by Sales / IA/ Reservation /.Ticketing / Tech Ops ..etc.
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
Student of University / School credit
Must be fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Must be legally authorized to work in the Taiwan for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
