Job overview and responsibilities

Reconcile, analyze, and research activity in various types of accounts to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting, and proper relationships between accounts maintained.

  • Reconcile, analyze, and research activity for multiple types of accounts including: tax, liabilities, and cash/credit accounts receivables

  • Ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed for multiple departments to ensure high quality financial results within GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

  • Coordinate with various departments to implement accounting solutions and improvements

  • Prepare monthly journal entries and other monthly close-related documentation including forecasting

  • Serve as coordinator and consultant between multiple departments

  • Prepare, analyze, and compile various tax filings/regulatory requirements of different jurisdictions


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent communicator (verbal/written), high level of initiative

  • Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and detail oriented

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access)

  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Extensive knowledge of international accounting operations, policies, procedures and processes

  • Must be highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects

  • 2-4 years working experience in accounting and internal control related field

  • International Travel - 5%

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position


  • Accounting or Business degree

  • Accounting/Finance related experience
